These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "you") and SRR Solutions("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the SRR Solutions website (srrsolutions.io), our digital services, software products, and AI automation solutions.

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our site and services.

SRR Solutions provides custom software engineering, AI agent development, automated workflows, and digital branding consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, payment milestones, and service level agreements for any client engagement are governed by separate, mutually executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any public aspect of our website or services at any time without prior notice.

Unless otherwise indicated, the website, design templates, layouts, graphics, text, and code onsrrsolutions.io are our proprietary property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in India and internationally.

Intellectual property ownership of custom software systems, private AI model configurations, database integrations, and assets developed specifically for a Client is fully transferred to the Client upon receipt of final payment, as detailed in the corresponding SOW.

By engaging with our platform or services, you agree not to:

• Use our services, code examples, or systems for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source codes of proprietary SRR platform components.
• Input harmful material, malware, or coordinate cyber attacks against our cloud environments.
• Provide false or misleading business profile information during consultations or lead requests.

Clients deploying AI agents, automated workflows, or LLM-driven chat portals acknowledge that:

• Non-Deterministic Outputs: AI models generate outputs based on probabilistic algorithms. While we implement extensive testing and guardrails, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all model completions.
• Compliance: Clients are responsible for ensuring that their deployment of AI systems complies with all applicable local data privacy laws, communication rules, and consumer disclosure regulations.

In no event shall SRR Solutions, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising from:

• Your access to or inability to access our public website or free code resources.
• Any third-party conduct or content on our services.
• Underlying API outages or platform downtime from external LLM providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our site or services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
